For orders less than $199, flat rate shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
All orders are INSURED through the carrier. If the item arrives visually damaged, please document (take photos) and refuse the package immediately. If the package seems to be in good condition upon arrival, make sure there is no concealed damage by opening and inspecting the product while the carrier is present. They may not want to wait for you to open the package, but you are entitled to this right. If you find any internal damage due to shipping, please refuse the package. Making a concealed damage claim later will be more difficult and has a 5 day time limit.
If you open the package, and there is a manufacturer defect or missing parts, contact us, and we will replace these items at no cost. Note: Natural wood has flaws and variations; these are not considered manufacturer defects.
